Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it.
Last updated August 27, 2026 Payment processor Digistore24
Who this covers
This policy covers the personal data Undetectable UGC handles when you visit our pages, buy the product, or use the member area.
It does not cover what third parties do with data you give them directly. Where another company processes your data under its own policy, we say so and point you to them.
What we collect
Only what is needed to sell you the product and let you into it.
- Your email address — supplied at checkout, and typed again to unlock the member area.
- Your name and country — where the checkout requires it for invoicing or tax.
- Order details — what you bought, when, and the order reference.
- Usage data — pages visited, approximate location from IP, device and browser type.
Progress you tick off in the member area is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It never reaches us.
Payment details
Payments are processed by Digistore24 as the merchant of record. Your card or account details go directly to them and are handled under their privacy policy.
We never receive, see or store card numbers, bank details or any payment credentials on our servers.
How we use it
- To deliver the product and give you access to the member area.
- To send you transactional email — your receipt, your access link, and notices about the product.
- To answer your support messages.
- To send marketing email, if you have not opted out.
- To measure how our ads and pages perform, in aggregate.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent or trade our customer list.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run this, and only what each one needs:
- Digistore24 — payment processing, invoicing, refunds and buyer support.
- Our email provider — to deliver your access link and any later messages.
- Our hosting provider — server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Advertising and analytics platforms — see the next section.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Cookies and pixels
Our pages may load advertising and analytics pixels — for example from Meta, TikTok or Google — which set cookies and report back that a visit or a purchase happened. That lets us measure which ads work and show ads to people like you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so does not stop you buying or using the product. Most platforms also let you opt out of personalised advertising in your own account settings there.
The member area also uses your browser’s local storage to remember that you are signed in and which steps you have completed. That is stored on your device only, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Email and unsubscribing
When you buy, you may receive both transactional and promotional email from us.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. No login is needed and it takes effect immediately. Transactional email tied to your purchase — receipts, access links, service notices — will still be sent, because you need it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, which in most jurisdictions is several years. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws — you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data deleted, where we have no legal obligation to keep it.
- Object to or restrict how we process it.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to us from the contact page. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first, which usually means writing from the address you purchased with.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we deliberately keep as little of it as possible. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This product is sold to adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or the services behind it change. The version published here is the one that applies, and the “last updated” date at the top tells you when it last moved.
Questions about any of this go to the contact page.
